Daniel Cormier x King Green

Well, I think it’s safe to say I was in one of the safest elevators in the world at this very moment. This photo is easily going into my personal little hall of fame, and I’m sure I don’t even need to explain why.

King had just wrapped up his fighter meeting with DC, Megan Olivi, and Michael Bisping. As we entered the elevator and the doors began closing we heard DC shout at us to hold the elevator for him, which luckily we did. Once inside, he and King shared a piece of history with everyone else in the elevator about a time they both competed on the same night together for King of the Cage back in 2010. It was during this conversation that I took out my camera and snapped this photo using my 35mm lens (Kinda wish I would’ve had a 28mm lens with me considering the tight space.)

This photo was one of my absolute favorites from the week, as I was incredibly happy about getting both of these veterans of MMA in the same frame together. Also as a little fun fact: this was my second time sharing an elevator with Daniel, the first time being in Austin back in Dec 2023.
